2012/2013 meetings

Throughout the year the HTA has at least six General meetings which are held in various venues around the Hokianga. They take place in the ‘off season’ when operators are generally not as busy. The general meetings for 2012 – 2013 will be held on a Monday.

The Annual General Meeting is held in May each year.

The Secretary or Chairperson sends a Notice of a general Meeting to all members, along with an Agenda, at least 7 days prior to a meeting.

Any person interested in Tourism in the Hokianga is welcome to attend the meetings.
